At Candle Shack, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home fragrance experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your unused candles and accessories in their original boxes to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

  Ship to Candle Shack

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
